Mysterious relationship: when we have a dream, we come into contact with an unknown part of ourselves. This is our internal “cinema” for centuries occupies the minds of major scientists, philosophers, psychoanalysts. But how to understand it at a closer level?
Our dreams are by no means reduced to arbitrary fantasies, as many think; They strive to convey to us psychological messages about our mood or frustration, about the ability to change and develop ..
Are there any keys quite simple for everyday use that would allow us to establish constructive contact with dreams? Of course, every dream is inseparable from who sees it, but nevertheless you can offer a certain matrix that allows us to advance in understanding the most secret dialogue that we conduct with ourselves. It is in this direction that the writer and journalist Helen Renar has been working for more than 25 years. Supporting hundreds of viewers, radio listeners and readers in their desire to decipher their dreams, she developed not a dream book, but a practical technique based on psychology data and understanding the symbolic side of dreams. Together with Helen Renar, we created this notebook of dreams.
IN THE FIRST PART We offer you for two weeks (or longer – it depends on you) write down your dreams. The page after the page We will tell you about individual elements (dominant image, place of action, characters. ), which should pay special attention to. Little by little, you will be a habit of systematically mark these elements in your dreams.
In the second part The most common psychological plots are presented. Do not expect, however, from this diary of an accurate and exhaustive explanation of what your dreams mean. You can really interpret them only you yourself. Little by little, you will learn to be more attentive to the various faces of your dreams and get used to highlighting what is really important to you. Your diary will be not just a notebook – it can become a tool for your development. And this is exactly what we are all dreaming of all about.
